TSGB and Google Earth

Google Earth lets you fly anywhere on Earth to view satellite imagery, maps, terrain, 3D buildings,galaxies in outer space and the canyons of the ocean. You can explore rich geographical content and save your toured places,

You can now track the Golden Bear with Google Earth.

Here’s How:

  1. Download the Google Earth  program from the Google Earth Home page, http://earth.google.com(Note: If you do not wish to install the Google Chrome web browser, uncheck the “Include Google Chrome…” box on the download page)
  2. Along the voyage, the FTV editor will be uploading updates into the Track on Google Earth Category. This  page is viewable from the list of categories on the upper right side of FTV.
    Open the current post and click on the Google Earth file.
  3. The file will open up Google Earth and take you the updated route of the Golden Bear. That’s it!
